Biography
Kim is an employment lawyer with 20+ years of industry experience, acting for both employers and employees. She offers strategic advice and guidance on all aspects of the employment relationship, ranging from the preparation of employment contracts, staff handbooks and company policies, to HR-related matters, such as disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, performance and dismissal procedures.
Kim’s expertise also extends to commercial matters, such as TUPE, supporting SMEs on redundancy and reorganisation procedures, as well as advising businesses on the merits of tribunal claims and the prospects of settlement to assisting with the review and preparation of settlement agreements.
Kim enjoys reading, walking, and experimenting with cooking recipes in her spare time (especially with her new air fryer!).
