Tatiana is an accomplished lawyer with a wealth of experience in international private wealth management, financial services, tax structuring, trusts and succession planning for UHNW individuals and general corporate matters. She has advised on many high value financial cross-border transactions, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, structuring issues, shareholders agreements and security offerings. She also has extensive experience serving as a board member of companies in family office structures, bringing a strategic and holistic approach to her legal counsel. She is well-versed in UK, Hong Kong, Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands regulatory compliance requirements, as well as CRS and FATCA.

Tatiana is graduate of Harvard Law School and Moscow State University and is a bilingual lawyer admitted to practice in England and Wales, Russia and New York and holds full membership in STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).

In the early part of her career, Tatiana worked for Cleary Gottlieb, White & Case and Mishcon de Reya in London and most recently acted as General Counsel and Head of Compliance for a major asset management firm in Hong Kong. She brings a unique combination of private practice expertise and understanding of in-house work dynamics to our legal practice.
