Partnership agreement

Partnership agreement: a written agreement among partners governing their relative rights and obligations among one another with respect to the partnership. The contents of the partnership agreement will depend on the type of partnership chosen. A partnership agreement can be used to set out terms of a partnership governed by the Partnership Act 1890 or terms of a Limited Liability Partnership or terms of a Limited Partnership.
